Every kwacha in the rate column is collected by you, at your desk. Tulo's fee was already paid by the guest, in the app.

A flat subscription.
Nothing per booking.
One monthly price for the listing and the Console together. No commission on rooms, no percentage of your nights, no surprise line items. When a guest books through Tulo, the guest pays Tulo's reservation fee. You keep 100% of the room money.
